The Blancher (continuous cooking line) is designed for continuous cooking of meat products, vegetables, potato products and vegetarian products. A constant temperature and correct water circulation are of great importance here. A horizontal screw conveyor is used for the transport in the blancher. For emptying, a conveyor belt or a screw conveyor can be used, which can be placed in line with the blancher or perpendicular to the blancher.

 The following types are available: 

  • Type TSB-EG –  Built-in steamgenerator (electrically)
  • Type TSB-S –  Steam heated
